| Tiivistelmä: | Under the current situation, to stimulate China's foreign trade export through currency devaluation is neither the best choice nor the best way to resolve the problem of the inclining growth degree of China's foreign trade export. We should see that there are various reasons causing foreign trade export to decrease. Under the condition of domestic price index decrease, the stability of exchange rate in 1998 is beneficial to China's foreign trade export. In addition, foreign trade export is indeed important for a country's economic security. Devaluation of RMB may have unfavorable effects on China's external and internal economy and financial industry. |
