| Tiivistelmä: | At present, several hundreds thousand state-owned enterprises need to "concentrate necessary forces to run well the large SOEs and enterprise groups; relax rules of management so as to active small SOEs". Enterprise mergers as the core of capital performing make actual sense on enterprise reform greatly. Enterprise mergers not only do good to activate China state-owned assets inventory, but also to regulate irrational asset structure; mergers not only do favor to break the partition of economic region, but also ameliorate the situation of unbalanced development of interlocal economy. Enterprise mergers accord with China current situation and do favor to solve the potential social contradiction and to improve social stability. |
