| Tiivistelmä: | Vast development of higher education is not only a practical choice for expanding domestic demand effectively, but also an inevitable requirement for China's overall progresses in the new century. However, the planned monopoly of higher education system restricts the social demand factitiously. On the one hand, it resulted in various contradictions. On the other hand, it is becoming an important factor that constrains the further improvement of ethical making. Thorough reform of traditional higher education system is imperative. |
