| Tiivistelmä: | This paper thinks that it is apparent that the malpractice in futures market in China results from the lag of the legal norms. The issue of legal norms in the futures market should be considered from two aspects -- cost and efficiency. The benefits of the legal norms will be at last reflected in the market efficiency and so they may be assessed by using efficiencies of distribution, safety and transaction. |
