| Tiivistelmä: | Transnational companies (TNCs) should make more effort to spread knowledge and technology in developing countries and actively take part in local infrastructure projects in information, science, technology and education. They should assume more social responsibilities in management of human resources. In the situation of unsound system environment and unstable operation of society and economy in developing and economically transitional countries, TNCs have special responsibilities to the economic security and stability of host countries. At the same time, they should bear more responsibilities to improve the environmental quality of host countries. |
