Tiivistelmä:When people's demand for educational consumption being satisfied and investment in human capital being increased people's earned income will rise in proportion to GDP, which will further boost the consumption demand and give an impetus onto the fast growth of the national economy and put it into a sound and healthy cycle. The expenses made for education is a kind of high-grade consumption and human capital investment as well. The theory in modern economic development has proved that human capital is a factor critical and decisive to economic growth. Thus, the role of education should be considered from a higher strategic standpoint. The initiative of all circles of life should be encouraged to invest in education when financial input in education is increases by all local governments.
