| Tiivistelmä: | 1998 witnessed the steady growth of the economy and basic stability in finance in Jianxi, Hubei and Hunan. The current issues in the movement of economy and finance are the coexistence of the insufficiency of the effective demand in the society and the irrationality of economic structure. The effects of the policy to expand the domestic demand have not yet got into full play. The poor economic benefits have weakened the confidence of the economic subjects and the financial risks cannot be got rid of in a short time. The paper proposes the monetary policy of proper expansion and the pattern of grades management of re-loan should be adopted; the substantial credit measures to stimulate consumers' demand taken. |
