| Tiivistelmä: | The government of the State Northrhine-Westfalia intends to reform the dispositive functions of the management at its universities. For this reason it will be discussed, how the principles of economic behaviour and the management functions in the service firm university should look like. The main stress is on the aspects, which instruments of planning and organization can be applied in order to guarantee efficient and goal oriented production of services. |
