As compared with those of the same quarter in the past year, in 35 large and middle cities the sale prices of houses fell 0.1%, their rental prices rose 0.4%, the prices of land transaction dropped 1.5%, the prices of old houses transaction and public-owned housing sale fell respectively 0.2% and 1.5%. The rental prices of offices factory building, stores kept on falling. |
