| Tiivistelmä: | If exchange rate of RMB is too stable, it is not favorable for adjusting the strategy of using foreign funds, and keeping the independence of China monetary policy. Excessive stability of RMB also weakens the consciousness of financial institutions and enterprises on foreign exchange risks. The important measures for perfecting exchange rate of RMB and safeguarding financial crisis are are to broaden the width of the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate, to implement voluntary settlement and sale of exchange gradually, as well to strengthen the control over capital account of balance of payments. |
