| Tiivistelmä: | A model of the functioning of a management system is described. The system is based on two separate subsystems, a dynamic subsystem managing the elementary and periodical information flows in the company and a static subsystem allowing the consolidation of elementary information according to the company structure. The proposed model helps to clarify the information needs, to re-establish the information consistency and to define the approach that has to be followed in order to design management systems adapted to the business needs. |
