| Tiivistelmä: | Futures exchange lacks unified management. There are too many such exchange running exactly the same business. The economic nature of these futures exchange is not unified thus hindering the standardization construction of the futures market. There is a great disparity in fee-collection among different futures exchanges. Their operation lacks a sufficient member-restraining mechanism. Their management lacks necessary rules. In sum, the present development of futures exchanges is in a serious state of disorder and irregular operation. |
