| Tiivistelmä: | After analyzing the creation of the legislation of futures in America and the contents of laws and regulations, the article considers that China can draw on the following experiences from America to develop the country's futures market: (1) establishing and perfecting the unified national system of laws and regulations on futures; (2) setting up the national committee on futures management; (3) taking protection of the interests of investors as the starting point in futures legislation. |
