| Tiivistelmä: | In view of the international experiences and China's actual situation, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises must take "withdrawing from competitive fields" as the target in making experiments in the modern enterprise system. In terms of the withdrawing mode , property rights sharing should be used as the main form of transition. Laborers' sharing profits or property rights is only a means of arousing the enthusiasm of staff and workers in the capitalist countries while it is the regulation and demand of socialist market economy itself under China's actual conditions. |
