Reorganization is the deciding factor for an enterprise after the purchase nd merger to get the additional value. However, in the practical purchase and merger, the enterprise has not yet realized the role of reorganization in forming its core competitive capacity, in strengthening its management and the coordinating benefits of its management and financial affairs. Starting from the analysis of the value chain, the paper explores the content, way and method of the enterprise's reorganization. |
