| Tiivistelmä: | This article describes how Stork, a rapidly expanding high-tech company, has restructured itself in the past 10 years. Stork developed and made extensive use of a concept which they call Function, Client, Expertise (FCE). This provided guidelines for their restructuring and reflected their business philosophy. The article examines the concept at business unit level as well as corporate level, and the implications are explored. |
