Tiivistelmä: | This article examines why multinational companies have difficulty retaining their repatriates as well as how multinational companies can improve inpatriate and expatriate performance. According to the study conducted, perceived career support was negatively related to intentions to leave. It was also found that perceived career support was positively related to perceived career prospects within the home organization and expatriate performance. No relationship was found between perceived career prospects outside the home organization and intentions to leave. |
