| Tiivistelmä: | Multi-perspective performance reporting systems (MPRS), e.g. the balanced scorecard (BSC) are widely used. Another management innovation are continuous improvement systems (CIS) which constantly look for ways to improve performance, being used in conjunction with PRS. This study aimed to study MPRS users and to find out whether the use of CIS improved organizational performance. The usage of CIS by MPRS users was found to be positively associated with performance. |
