| Tiivistelmä: | The article analyses the effect of different, sometimes unpredictable, events on decisions of organizations regarding business ethics. Managers are responsible for making sense of these events, and they statute ethics in the solutions to them. Events force ethical consideration as you often can't repeat existing repertoires. The de/institutionalizing of ethics is examined theoretically and it's discussed from the new economic sociological approach. Also, the link between micro and macro dimensions is conceptualized. |
