Tiivistelmä:Conflict-management is an important aspect of personnel development. To analyze conflict you have to look at the reasons of conflicts and the different ways to perceive them. In this article the theory of attribution divergences is used to to explain the reasons of conflicts. Some solutions that should lead to effective conflict management are also given.
