| Tiivistelmä: | The term financial programming is most often used when IMF makes an adjustment program for a country for it to qualify for IMF financing. This article tries to explain the theoretical backgrounds that lie behind fund-supported programs. A wide range of financial policy measures are usually involved. A financial program gives a country a chance to a controlled structural change. This minimizes the losses in production and returns the balance of payment to stable basis. |
