Tiivistelmä:Many theories have emerged over the years about how to grow one's business at a competitor's expense. According to the experiences of Decision Processes International, a consulting firm, it is shown, that if you are not the leader, you should never play the game according to the rules the leader has set. The leader understands the rules better - he designs them. The leader can enforce them more effectively; he has more resources to do so. A better approach is to change the rules of play. By changing the rules, you neutralize and paralyze the leader. Some examples are provided for this approach.
