| Tiivistelmä: | Sino-Russian economic and trade relations have developed quickly but still there are some unfavorable factors: Russia sets further restrictions on export of raw materials; the taxes of both China and Russia are too high; the rouble are devaluating sharply;Russia is weaker in making payments; Chinese individual paddles are selling fake and imitation commodities of poor quality; the environment is not unfavorable for business transactions in Russia and the public order is deteriorating. China should give full play large enterprises in foreign trade, expand the range of commodities for exchange, develop patent and technology trade, perfect the trade account settlement system and develop cooperation through investment means of joint ventures, securities investment and so on. |
