| Tiivistelmä: | The current wage system of China is built on the basis of the highly centralized planned economic system and cannot suit to the demands of the market economy. The new wage model should be that wages are regulated by the market. The features are: the determination of the wage level is based on the value and price of the laborer; the wage level reflects the availability and supply and demand of laborers and work efficiency. An achievement is the foundation of the determination of wage levels. To achieve this goal, a labor force market should be developed and enterprises should be independent in choosing laborers while laborers also have the autonomy to choose enterprises. |
