| Tiivistelmä: | With legal acknowledge and protection of property rights as its premise, market economy is a kind of contract economy, competition economy, seperate-decision-making economy and becomes more and more complicated. All this leads to the conclusion that market economy is a legal economy. The paper traces back to the historical experiences of synchronizing the setup and the build-up of the legal system in the development of the market economy. It also gives positive reasons to the above arguments. |
