| Tiivistelmä: | The special financial system of "self-supply and self maintenance" is practised in the special economic zones. The new financial problems to be solved in the zones are: to make additional inputs in high-tech industries, counter tax-evasion measures, the financial relations in transferring the right of land using and to adopt preferential financial and tax policies towards the selected imported projects. The projects include: energy and transportation projects, industrial projects with advanced technology and products that have and important bearing on domestic and foreign markets, etc. |
