| Tiivistelmä: | Merseyside Improved Houses is the largest regional provider of voluntary sector housing in Britain. This organisation manages around 17,000 homes over a wide geographical area. The association employs over 600 full- and part-time staff and has seven regional offices. It calls upon a wide range of skills and enterprise from a dedicated staff. The organisation seeks to develop its staff regularity and sets an annual target of 10 days' training per full-time member of staff. Seven keys to success are presented in this article. They are: clarity, customers, confidence , co-operation, creativity, commitment, choices. |
