| Tiivistelmä: | All the FCC decisions treating the deletion of underbrush policies and regulations were studied. After comparing the deleted FCC policies, state criminal codes, and FCC character guidelines, the study found only 6 treat activities of the more than 20 broadcast policies analyzed that might lead to the types of criminal convictions now considered probative of licensee character. |
