| Tiivistelmä: | In the shortwave bands there are difficulties due to limited coverage, capacity, reliability and quality. To meet the listeners' requirements different systems are being developed. One of the main goals is to produce a portable, compact-disc quality system which can be used in heavily built-up urban areas as well. |
