| Tiivistelmä: | The concept of the implied term appears to be coming into prominence once again. Recently the focus of a House of Lords decision, the concept has once again become the focus of yet another decision in that selfsame court, albeit from a slightly different (but related) perspective. This latter decision, although pertaining to an unemployment contract, nevertheless concerns more general principles as well as implications that are of equal (if not more) importance in the commercial context. |
