| Tiivistelmä: | The present share-holding cooperative enterprises in rural areas take form mainly through ways of expansion of shares, shares partnership or share participation. There share-holding enterprises may establish the four types of shares: state shares, collective shares, employee shares and social shares, according to the ownership of the assets. In distribution, the economic interests of the state, of the enterprise, of employees and of shareholders must be taken into consideration and the principle of "paying tax, retaining profits, paying remuneration and sharing dividends" should be followed. |
