| Tiivistelmä: | China has adopted a serious measures for protecting intellectual property: domestic legislation, joining relevant international organizations and signing related bilateral agreements. China should make conditioned acceptance of agreement of the Uruguay round negotiations on intellectual property and further improve the domestic legislation of intellectual property protection. China also ought to settle concrete disputes of intellectual property protection continuously by a series of bilateral agreements. |
