| Tiivistelmä: | Collective and private enterprises have the characteristics: raising fund by themselves, autonomous management, holding responsibility for their own profits and losses, having no direct administration department above to control them. These characteristics make them vigorous on one hand and face with potential hindrances on the other. To make use shareholder method to define their property rights and the ways of organization of their property, is a necessary approach to these enterprises' further advance. Shareholders cooperative system has the internal mechanism suitable for the characteristics of collective and private enterprises. |
