| Tiivistelmä: | This article shows that it is a necessary means to make use of computer-based management information system in modern hotels to improve the operation effectiveness, management level and service quality. The author discusses the present situation of using management information system in our hotels, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of various management information systems used in our country at the present time and points out the problem which should be paid attention to in developing and using management information systems and that of personnel guarantee in using management information systems in hotels. |
