Authority institution can get very high income with very low cost in the market and those without authority has to depend on bribing. Non economic factors result in national resource waste, serious asset lost, unfair social distribution, more serious polarization between the rich and the poor, slow increase of social welfare, national financial crisis and unbalanced of macro economy. |
