| Tiivistelmä: | The present "three iron rice bowls" (permanent job, permanent income and permanent leading position) of China's enterprises resulted from the traditional system. To adopt market economic system, the present system of property right must be reformed. The simplest and most effective methods is shareholder and system of legal person property right. The government should participate in the management with a shareholder's position. Workers will also become the shareholders of the enterprise. The economic results of the enterprises will turn into worker's vital interest. On the basis of all above, "three iron rice bowls" will be broken with no doubt. |
