| Tiivistelmä: | China's shareholder is an unique one in which the public ownership takes the dominant position and coexists with other kinds of ownerships. This is the basic characteristic of China's socialist shareholders. This basic characteristic decides the operation mechanism of enterprises. The main manifestations include long-term behavior of the enterprise, goal for get the best economic result, rational distribution of production factors in the whole society and protection of national assets. |
