| Tiivistelmä: | The business and organisational renewal of the enterprise requires also renewal of human resource.Under this term we understand the programme and actions to assure the personnel support to the new business orientation of the enterprise.The renewal can be twofold: l.Renewal in a narrower sense.This predominantly means adopting the number of workers to the new programme.In fact is this mainly connected with the diminishing of the number of employees. The process of slimming the organization is elaborated in detail. 2.Renewal in a broader sense.This means creation of a supportive arganisational culture.No substantial change in the organization can be made without changing organisational culture.Some models of changing organisational culture are described. |
