Tiivistelmä:In the developed countries the meaning of knowledge that employees dispose with , is getting more and more conscious.Therefore the main task for the enterprises which want to succeed in the modern business world is learning.The author enlightens firstly the meaning of the "learning organization" in order to achieve consciousness in Slovenian enterprises regarding meaning of learning.The contribution proceeds with the different ways of systematical learning presentation and concludes with the benefits of those enterprises in which they have on time become conscious of the meaning of learning.
