| Tiivistelmä: | A survey of human resources professionals and college students gives mixed results regarding women in management. Although the number of women in top management positions has increased by nearly 60 percent over the past decade, the number of women in executive positions is still quite small. One widely accepted explanation for this small number of female executives is the persistence of negative stereotypes about women as managers. |
