| Tiivistelmä: | The proposition of sustained developmental theory makes the sustainable management of resources the focal point of economists. This paper makes a renewed analysis and dissertation on the relations between the changing of proprietorship and the deterioration of resources and how to bring about the sustainable management of natural resources with the theory of ecological capital deposits. The fundamental procedure in solving the deterioration of resource environment is not to bring about the changing of proprietorship of resources. To change public proprietorship into private proprietorship can not evade the emergency of resource deterioration. |
