| Tiivistelmä: | The paper discusses the characteristics of macro-regulation and control in modern economic market system and reveals that macro-regulation and control is the unique product of modern market economy. Moreover, it makes strict differentiation between macro-regulation, control and planned management, and discusses the inner relations between macro-regulation control and market regulation. On the basis of comparative study on the developmental processes of state model of macro-regulation and control, the paper proposes the suggestion that the original mode in establishing macro-regulation and control in our country will give priority to market regulation. |
