| Tiivistelmä: | As an organisation works toward becoming a multicultural organization, it is useful, diagnostically, to understand at what stage any given organization is at any given time. In recent years, diversity as an issue has taken on a new face in business, one with potential consequences for businesses' bottom line. Given this new face, this article examines ideas, practices, and companies which have shown initiative in this area. The authors present what their companies have done to work directly on the issue. |
