Tiivistelmä:Individuals in an enterprise and its environment are carried of different interests.Each individual acts to the benefit of his own interest in his endeavour to realize it.This causes a variety of relations among individuals which lead into partnership, alliance or opposition. Conflicts are permanent and can be resolved through negotiation, for instance between social partners.In an enterprise, the interest-oriented behaviour is connected with the strategy as a system of actions and reactions caused by the increased level of freedom.This is a creative activity which, on the basis of actual information, assesses the possibilities and risks, the weaknessess and the advantages, and sets the goals and invents their attainment .It disposes and displaces its means and forces in time and space, and consequently changes structures and influences others.
