| Tiivistelmä: | Qing Hai, now, has troubles attracting foreign investments because of her low-quality facilities, insufficient funds, and the lack of technology and qualified administrative personnel. Also the insufficient supply of capitals in international financial market, the trend of economic regions and groups, the change of credit floating make it even harder for Qinghai to get foreign capital. The author analyses what Qinghai is facing and put forward some countermeasures. |
