| Tiivistelmä: | Because of the intense competition in attracting foreign investment both at home and abroad and the temporary influence as a result of the reforms in tax and foreign exchange systems, it is not unexpected that this year has seen the foreign investment which came to $11.366 billion last year is declining in the province. Besides, there are still some in-depth reasons for that. The construction of infrastructure in Fujian province lags far behind and the province didn't pay more attention to management of foreign-invested enterprises and providing service to them. Later on, the construction of infrastructure should be strengthened conscientiously to create conditions for foreign-invested enterprises, which would make foreign businessmen increase investment |
