| Tiivistelmä: | The paper makes an analysis of the stability of the share right of Japanese and American companies and the stability of the stock market there as well as differences in influence on the stability of the stock market between enterprise legal person and institution legal person. It thinks that to stabilize the stock system of China, it should draw the strong points from that of the united states and Japan and establish a stability structure with organic coordination between internal shares and long-term and stable legal person shares. |
