| Tiivistelmä: | At the international/domestic points of view, transnational management is being the inexorable trend of economic development, is being the needs of town and township enterprises to open to the outside world and to develop the export-oriented economy. In present, the China's town and township enterprises still stand at the low level stage. therefore, we should: change our concept; consolidate the consciousness of internationalized management; transform the governmental functions to form easy outer circumstances; change the management mechanism to increase the emergency ability and competitive ability; plan a strategy of scientific and rational management; accelerate talent development and management training. |
