| Tiivistelmä: | Some problems exist in implementation of the modern enterprise system in Fuzhou: improper handling of some problems in the process of implementation of the share-holding system; unclear definition of the ultimate property ownership of state-owned firms; unstandardized ways of management of share-holding firms, and so on. In future, propaganda should be strengthened and understanding, enhanced; conditions should be created to do well basic work; a multi-layer social security system should be set up; the enterprise reform should be deepened and financial and taxation policies should be well studied. |
