| Tiivistelmä: | Granting a quotation to shares and other securities on the Stock Exchange is closely connected with the planned system of the entire securities market in Slovenia.If also securities without quotation but fulfilling the conditions of dealing on the so-called market of the OTC and OTD (successful conclusion of public offer) through the Stock Exchange computer system BIS will be dealt in, and if also the dealing in shares coming directly from privatization is done through the Stock Exchange Information Center, we have to expect that, in order to have greater clearness, the present Stock Exchange segmentation will be diminished from three to two, and besides this the reached exchanged rates of securities without quotation will be published separately.Numerous new problems arise every day due to the enlarged extent of dealing in shares and other securities.They try to solve them by inner Stock Exchange rules and a great deal of rules is set in the form of Stock Exchange usage. |
